This is all a result of incoherence. I know too well how this works, because I’ve lived this.  I once aspired to play professional basketball and then I decided to make the world healthy, all while not understanding how my own incoherence was costing me peace of mind and shrinking the energy fields of those around me.  I went through divorce, I went through searching for meaning.

I went through a period of procrastination and undisciplined behavior and I can tell you there’s no amount of couples therapy that will save your relationship, no amount of external motivation that will make you a successful entrepreneur or high performer, and no amount of gifts you can get, exotic vacations you can take and sex with as many partners you can have that will make you love yourself unconditionally.  It takes a formula to achieve the level of self-love you truly deserve.
